I'm draggin' this morning, and I haven't seen The Princess since before work yesterday. Thank goodness she got up early, and in a good mood, because I was gone from 6:20 yesterday morning until 9:45 in the evening.
Welcome to the new semester.
It always takes a little time to get used to the goofy schedules I keep when I'm in school. I'm sure I'll be fine after a week or two, but right now it seems as though I'm just asking for it. Just think, this time next year, I'll be done with this degree. Graduated. Mission: accomplished.
What ever will I do with myself then? I'm pretty sure it will involve lots of money and another bout of hectic schedules.
Who decides, at almost 30, that they're suddenly undereducated? That they need not only to complete their associate's degree, but that they want to go for a bachelor's...and as if that's not enough, that they want to go for a Master's? And they're not even sure what they want that Master's in?
Me, that's who.
If this life wasn't infinitely complicated, well, then it just wouldn't be mine.
You're crazy, I'll just go ahead and say it. But in the best way possible. I think it's AWESOME that you've gone back to school and are doing so great at it AND working AND being a mommy AND a wife. That is no small feat by any stretch of the imagination. And guess what? Not only are you actually doing all of it, you're doing awesome at it! I love you tons!
