Oh, What a Beautiful Morning

We awoke this morning to another beautiful, sunny day in our neck of the woods.

First up: appease the puppies

It just cracks me up to see The Princess walking a doggie who weighs
roughly twice what she does, and Sookie's such a good sport.

After dropping the doggies off at home and trolling the library, we were
lucky enough to visit another forest preserve before lunch.

And here come the nature photos.  I love seeing the different stages of
all of the plants.

Not to be outdone, The Princess wanted to share her own shoes.

And, just in case you couldn't tell, we all kinda had a good time.
Just a little.

Here's hopin' your Saturday has been half as fabulous as ours thus far.  Now that our bellies are full and The Princess keeps dragging us into her room to play, maybe we'll get a chance to recharge for just a bit before heading out again.  I'm thinking maybe a bike ride around the neighborhood.  :)
